Hazy copper and bronze coloured body with a nice, three centimetre tall tan head that stays afloat for quite a long time and leaves a pretty nice lacing. Aroma of bright herbal and grassy hops with a deep citrus and acidic bite with a nice and quite pungent malt body showing some astringency and alcohol bite near the end. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong rich malt flavours dominate at first with a bit of the alcohol coming through then fades almost immediately to a deep robust hoppy character with some citrus and pine along with the floral notes and a minor amount of fruit-based sugars. Aftertaste shows some alcohol, a bigger dose of malt and a moderate amount of hops that have a nice balance, especially considering the alcohol percentage. Overall, a nice and balanced Imperial IPA with a lot of character and a good variety of hops that go a long way, even after a few months. A good beer from Gigantic and while I do really enjoy their beers, this was another winner in my book. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from BeerTopia in Omaha, Nebraska on 01-October-2017 for US$7,99 sampled at home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia on 24-January-2018.

Flarra importerad Denver. Klassiskt något ljus färgad åh likadant klassiskt grumlig. Doftar citron.

22 ounce bottle. Hazy Amber orange color. Moderate sized frothy beige head. Faint toasted malt nose has subtle caramel notes. Bittersweet toasted malt flavor. Tangy citrus fruit and ten day old orange juice notes. Slightly dank hop notes in finish. Boozy warmth and toffeeish malt as well.

Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Cloudy orange-golden color. This has probably been served from a pitcher because it has creamy head and it's almost flat. There are no real malt qualities to talk about, it's moderately sweet, sugary, the hop is a bit orangey, the final is astringent, metallic, dirty.
This has been disappointing.

Bomber. Pours a hazy orange color with a large white head. A big citrus nose, oranges and tea. Very flavorful, marmalade, some pepper, medium bitterness, some robust sweet tea notes. Soft. Very smooth. A bomber disappears with alacrity.

22oz bottle pours a hazy orange lacing white head. Nose is not entirely appetizing, quite honestly, extremely heavy soap, almost industrial, some kumquat, a little under ripened tomato, some pine needles. Flavor is better, thankfully, quite a bit of honey, some blonde caramel, orange, pine, some herbs, lightly vegetal, some dried grapefruit. Full bodied, sticky, bitter finish.

Tap. Pours cloudy orange with a large off white head, creamy with great lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine resin, grapefruit. Flavor is the same, light sweet, medium bitter, a bit harsh. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Decent

On tap at Harry’s Hofbrau. Overt, clean citrus hops and orange hop flavor. Hazy, beautiful sunset orange with full white head. Slight lacing. Dissipates to a ring. Flavor of juicy citrus mostly orange. Moderate bitterness lets the hop flavor shine. Slight soda cracker malt. Really elegant for a DIPA.
