# 4514; 1/2025. BB 19.1.2025. Malty, dried apricot, banana, pear, light toffee and spicy aroma. Clear amber body; off-white head. Malty, dried fruits, dried apricot and banana, fresh plum and pear, slightly spicy and alcohol warmth and honey, medium full body, low carbonation. Very good example of the style. 0,7 l, bottle, brewery pub (Klášterní sýpka), Prague.

300ml draught pour at Klub Benedict, Prague. Pours a dark brown with a white creamy head. Aromas & tastes of overripe banana, dried fruit, caramel, cloves & malt. Moderate body. Sweet slightly alcoholic finish. Enjoyable

Als Abschlussbier schnell getrunken. Mein Exemplar hatte allerdings 6,8% alc und 20 IBU. Es ist ein durchaus durchdachtes belgisches Abtei-Dubbel ⛪mit deutlichen Alkohol- und Zuckergehalt. Dazu einige nette Lebkuchenaromen 🧇 und man hat ein fröhliches Gewürzbier für den Winter ❄️.

Tap at Klášterní Sýpka. Murky reddish-orange body. Caramel and light dried stone fruit in the aroma, brown sugar. Sweet malty taste, good stone fruit esters, citrus peel, bit muddled spicy notes, but works. Almost there!

Draught at Klášterní sýpka. Cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- sweet white and red grapes, malty, honey, phenolic, spicy, apple, pear. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, vinous, grape sugar, apple, pear, spicy, apricot, phenolic. Fuller bodied. Tasty.

300 ml. draft @ Pivovarský Klub in Prague. Dark amber fruity caramel, mocha head. Nose is weird cloying dark fruit, grandmother caramel, sugar, warming. Taste is super sweet chewy caramel, toffee, unusual take on BE style with thick sugar, caramel, chewy body, stale candy. Liked it quite a bit more than most it seems.

on tap at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague. dark orange, hazy color. white head with fine texture. smells like a wheat beer, banana, light spices. full body, good carbonation. tastes fruity, light sweet, banana, good well integrated bitterness, some alcohol apparent. some dried fruits. overall like wheat beer just stronger and more expressive.

Tap at Staroslovien. Aroma strong clove, light banana, general spiciness. Hazy orange-amber colour. Taste is strongly spicy, strong clove, light banana. Good weizenbock.
