500ml bottle (5.4% ABV): BB 12th May 2023. Drank at home on 25th February 2023. Clean and clear light golden body, snow white head. Not very Christmassy but I liked the sweetness of it and thought it pretty good. A lot more malts than bittering hops, some Christmas like herbs might have added a bit of spice!

Bottle from Raynville Superstores. It pours clear pale yellow with a small frothy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, doughy white bread, grain, straw, touch of sweet sponge cake and lemon curd. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, quite clean, soft, sweetish, doughy white bread, custard creams, sponge cake, straw, touch of grain and light nuttiness with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Rounded and super chuggable. Nice one.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pffafenhofen and der Ilm and consumed at home Saturday 31st December 2022 listening to Katy J Pearson - Sound of the Morning, we had a great Fondue with homemade bread cooked in the woodoven. Pours gold good clarity with a large billowing white head. A little bit of citrus on the nose, not a great deal but it is there. Usual cereal and grainy touches, a touch sweet but tbf then runs dry, nice carbonation, very drinkable, a subtle hoppiness. Great.

Bottle from Beer Merchants and drunk at home. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. Fresh bread aroma with a little lemon. OK in the mouth. Quite light. Pale malts. Very light finish. Again light lemon on finish light bitterness too. Good drinkability

Optisch helles Gold, kaum Schaum. In der Nase süß, Getreide. Im Trunk leicht alkoholisch, Getreide, im Aroma ziemlich dünn, seltsam.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - lemon yellow and clear with a thin snow white head. Nose - corn, honey and lemon. Taste - lemon and honey again, a bit lozengey. Some brown bread lurking. Palate - creamy body and medium bodied, needs more bitterness to clear the palate. Overall - ok but needs more refreshment for the style.
