50cl bottle. A slightly hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. Aroma of mild sweet strong malt, grains, some honey. Taste of mild sweet grainy malt, straw, honey, some caramel.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a slight haze and a white head. Honey, citrus, bready malts and faint notes of grapefruit in the aroma. Bready, malty and slightly citrussy taste with orange, lemon, sultanas and faint hints of spice.

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange, foamy head. Pear, herbal hops, honey, some vanilla, tangerine. Malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty finish. A rather fine and complex Heller Bock. Good.

Giesinger Munique, Flasche aus der Getränke Oase, München. - Orangegold, gut trüb; schöner Schaum. - In der Nase elegante, zarte Malzsüße, Anklänge an Honig und Wiesenblumen; milde aber äußerst gediegene Hopfenaromen mit Kräutern und Gletschereisbonbons. - Antrunk bocktypisch breit (aber auf elegante Weise) mit sattem, zart karamellig-brotigem Malz, etwas Orangenmarmelade und milder, runder Herbe von Honig und Kräutern. Milder rezent, hefig weich; eine leicht likörartige Schwere verrät den Bock. Im Abgang immer noch leicht honigsüß und fein zitrusfruchtig hopfenherb. - Sehr eleganter, originell gehopfter aber sehr harmonischer Bock. Außergewöhnlich!

Hell würziger, weich malziger Beginn, steigende Intensität. Süffig, angenehm milde Süße mit karamelligen Einschlägen. Zum Ende etwas hopfig, rund bitter. Mittellanger Abgang. 12/10/10/11//11

Bottle at the brewery.Hazy orange colour with small white head.Aroma is malty and sweet fruity with nice caramel and yeast note good nots of hops crispy and warming finish.

Another beer that I never wrote down where we had this but again I think it was at Frisches Bier, Munich, Friday 16th November 2018 (my fiftieth birthday) Pours dark gold edging towards light amber with a white hesd. Malty, fruity, a touch of yeast and a biteersweet touch. Also get a little bit beefy, soft carbonation, it's a pretty good bok. A6 P4 T7 P4 Ov14. 3.5

[Munich 2018] Draft sampled @ Giesinger Bräustüberl. Orange hazy, creamy white head. Nose is nicely juicy, oily, orange, peel, jammy. Taste is basic sweet orange, hay, sugar, low jam, peel, perfume, hay, solid enough for sure.

Fläschla: Golden to deep golden, hazy with an orangey sheen, small - but stable - loose off-white head, moderate pale-malty nose with a distinctive dryish herbal to piney hoppy background; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and pretty soft; lingering drier herbal and bisquity finish. Nice and moreish...
