Bottle online from Rad Beer. Pours near clear orange gold with large white foam. Aroma: sweet grains, cider apple, mild lemon. honey, herbal hints. Taste: surprisingly sweet, floral, mild saison yeast. Not a huge wild/mixed ferm vibe, as another correspondent notes it's more Belgian blonde than wild ale. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Tastes like it's past it's best but I have no comparison.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Oct 23. Brought by me. Pours unclear deep golden orange, white head. Expected the wild coolship elements to have blossomed but unfortunately it seems to have developed a strong aged caramelly side, rather than building on its wild side, coming across like an aged belgian blonde. Best before is 2029, but I think it past that at least a year ago.

30th October 2023, Chez Sophie Monthly Gathering, five guys, beers and bollox. 75cl bottle, number 451 of only 550 bottles, BB 12th June 2029. Hazed golden body, white topping. Only a slight sourness with floating sediment hanging around in the glass. Turning sweet (almost) in the finish.

Sample thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy pale golden orange with a thin white head. Aromas of wood and hay, light funk. Taste is citrus and more light funkiness. Tangy finish.

75cl bottle from the brewery online shop. Appearance - cloudy golden with a huge snow white head. Nose - bread, candied lemon and lime. Funky underlay. Taste - light Christmas spice, citrus again, floral and bready. Again funky edge is lurking. Palate - medium bodied, persistent finish. Generally funky and tangy. Overall - looks like I liked this more than the other reviewers.

Bottle. RAD Beer. Mostly clear, yellow gold. Dense white head is semi lacing. Looks well. Nose has sweet grain. Some mouldy lemon. Oily, floral herb. Some runny honey. Taste is sweet and floral. Medium body. A bit oily and slick. Fine carbonation. Herbal bitterness to finish. Not especially bright or crisp, as I might have expected.
