29 November 2019. At Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Cheers to the lovely Anke, tderoeck, 77ships & Ghent beer crew! Hazy red, unstable, pinkish head. Aroma of redcurrant, raspberry, strawberry, wheat, lemon, yoghurt. Taste has lots of sour redcurrant, some sweetish strawberry & raspberry, some wheat & yoghurty malt. Tart finish, lots of red fruit & yoghurt. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Fruited BW as it should be.

Draught Good pink head, fast gone over deeper pink-red beer. Red berries a mile out, intense, whilst finish is raspberry mainly. Soft, mild raspberry flavour and mild lactic acid. Hints at lemon. Light acidthinning, fruitslick, not very carbonated. Very nice surprise, σας ευχαριστώ!

Billie’s Beer Fest ‘19. Near clear red with no head. Aroma of big red berries. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Aroma: lots and lots of raspberry jam and strawberry jam, fruity, cherry jam as well. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of raspberry jam, nice acidity, fruity, bit lemony, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: little metallic, nice acidity, lots and lots of raspberries.
