18/IV/19 - 1Pt. can from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ home, BB: n/a, canned: I/25/19 - (2019-567)

Slightly hazy blond yellow beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: citrus notes, bit malty, fruity, some mango, grains, sweetish impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of sweet malts, some orange peel, bit of caramel, soft bitterness, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: more bitterness, orange peel, bit sweet, some citrus, bit sugary, grapefruit notes, bit oxidised, alcohol burn, tropical fruits, mango, a bit too sweet, but not bad though.

5 April 2019. At Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Cheers, Anke & Pieter! Pours clear pale yellow with a lasting, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of ripe mango, apricot, pineapple slice, yellow grapefruit, mandarin peel, onion, pine, faint pepper. Taste is medium fruity sweet, lots of pineapple, pear & apricot, not overly tropical in a sense; medium hoppy bitter ensues with mango, pine, oniony tones & some sourish lime in the back. Dryish, piney & floral hoppy finish, mellow pineapple & onion (especially when warming up). Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Elegant brew, sufficient bitterness on mellow fruit notes.
