Saison brewed with honey, coriander & lemon verbena. Fermented with a mixed culture of classic saison yeast strains, wild yeast & bacteria. Post fermentation, the beer was conditioned in a stainless steel for 6 weeks, with its primary mixed culture. A third & final fermentation, completed this beer in a bottle. Pockets of Sunlight is a radiant saison full of crisp energy. Please cool before opening & pour with care, leaving sediment in the bottle.

Clear pale blond to yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: pretty floral, soapy, artificial brett notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, more of that artificial brett, lemony. Aftertaste: brett, soapy, bit sourish, bitter notes, acidic finish.

Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is lemon, toilet refreshner. Soapy. Taste is full, soapy, lemony, very poor excuse for an IPA.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - it's a gusher. Pale, yellow with a frothy head that drops away after a couple of minutes. Nose - gorse, lemon and coriander seeds. Taste - preserved lemon, more coriander seeds. More floral stuff. Palate - light bodied, tangy through the middle. Long, lean, finish. Overall - very good.
