Bottled (from Systembolaget Umeå). Golden colour, small creamy white head. Aroma is spruce, some sourness, mild tart wood as well as some berries. Flavour is sweet malts, some bitterness and pine along with mild berries and some slight funk. Drink cold as it gets messy warming up.

(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of rye bread, apricots, orange peel, hay and a touch of banana. Malty, spicy taste with crisp-bread, apricot marmalade, pink grapefruit, spruce shoots and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, mainly dry. Interesting, tasty and quite well balanced. Nice one.

Old rating found back on paper, unsure of what year I've had (or had this one). Pours unclear blonde to amber, medium white head. Scent is mildly spiced (spruce, i assume) Taste is a tad bitter, aromatic, full, rye, spruce isn't very specifically recognizable to me, but the beer indeed has a gentle spiced back. Nice.

Starts easy but with some interesting spruce at the end and fruity rye creaminess. Lovely stuff.

Decent enough. Has a slightly hard time on its own but works well with food.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is spruce, a touch caramel, rye. Taste is spruce tips, resinous, caramel, a touch rye, then heavy spruce bitterness. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Bizarre, but nice!

Light hazy amber, great fine head. Mild sour/gose aroma with some light stone fruits (apricot?), cotton candy caramel hints with a BAM of bitterness from the spruce. Really nice and drinkable for such a unique specialty beer.
