Bouteille 375.5cl merci @ 77ships @ Sebletitje post-Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017 tasting.

Pours unclear, darker head. Medium sized white head. Rather stable. Smell is vinegar, semi-intense. Taste is full, vinegar, intense, oak, bit fruity. More balanced than some others in the series.

Thanks for sharing Kraddel. 375 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017. Plus 375 ml. bottle shared @ post- Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017 Sebletitje dinner. Reddish amber, uneven tanned bubbles. Nose is big Bon-Chien vinegar, strongly acidic, red fruits, cranberry vinegar & oak. Delicious vinegar mixed with bright fruit cherry, raspberry & cranberry vinegar, lingering sour, acidic oak & vinegar cherry pits. Not as jammy as some versions. Highly delicious vinegar really, I shouldn’t love something this sour but I do.

25/XI/17 - 37.5cl bottle @ Sebletitje's post-“Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017” dinner (Brussels) - BB: n/a (2017-1992) Thanks to 77ships for sharing the bottle!

Pretty clear amber to red beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: smells pretty acidic, vinegar, bit nasty, funky notes. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic, sourish, lots of vinegar, way too sourish, acidic, really burns the throat. Aftertaste: bit metallic, very acidic, some dried fruits, bitter tannins.

Bottle at CBFZ 2017. Pours murky amber. Aroma is BFM funk, rust, dried fruit, acetone. Body is heavy, super sour and acidic and vinegary, rusty and metallic, acetone, dark dried fruit. Like a rust bar, extreme. Lingering fruit palate, intense, with a pinching acidity. Good.
