Damn complex and delicious high abv cider. Slight Applejack note, slight dry slight sweet deliciousness. Fermented apple nose that's addictive. Crisp finish. I wish I had saved this for a longer night but it won't last long anyways!

1,900th US rating! Pours a lovely clear gold from a bottle. Crisp green apple smell and flavor. Oily mouthfeel, sweet, lingering syrupiness dissolves into a slight medicinal bitterness. Very good cider.

1/12/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sharp green cooking apple, sweet baked apple, apple pie, brown sugar and a touch of caramel. Lovely sweet and tart mix to taste. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Really enjoyed this!

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of juicy apple, apple pie, caramel. Taste is tart & then sweet, apple flesh, alittle green apple, with pastry & caramel notes, and boozy. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tangy tart & tannic finish. Interesting, nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle shared with Soph on her birthday. Pours clear gold, rich concentrated apple fruit on the nose, caramel, stewed apple. Crisp on the palate, fine carbonation, extremely rich, almost unctious caramelised apple fruit, green apple, apple core with lingering racy acidity.. good stuff, fairly boozy and definitely comes across as a rich concentrated ice cider more than anything else. Decent.

On tap at Spuytin. Wine glass pour. Clear, deep, yellow gold body. Smells of apples & brown sugar. old-school butterscotch candies. Minerally, semi-sweet, moderately tannic, carbonic, macerated apple flavor. Same apples as their ice cider is seems. Okay, if a bit messy.

Let's just start by saying this needs a few more years of aging. without a doubt. Sat this upright in a fridge at 35F for 2 months, opened the top and it gushes everywhere. Lost half of the bottle. Clear, lots of alcohol legs, The carbonation is great. very champagne like. very funky. oyster and mushroom?

750 ml bottle, Aroma is red apples, pears, Champagne yeast. Flavor is a direct reflection shows a light warming after the sip. Yet, no alcohol in the flavor. Texture has a dry feeling on the palate. Effervescent, lively, refreshing. Acidic hint balances the sweetness. Nice stuff
Intense apple nose. Star fruit & minerals. Hint of booze. Sweet, tiny sour & fruity taste. Tart tiny papery mouthfeel. Ok but a bit light...
