Unexpectedly had this served at Spanish wine tasting in Dublin. Very “healthy”, fermented, sour taste. Unfiltered.

70 cl bottle bought at AhorraMás, Mercado de Ventas, Madrid. It cost me less than two bucks! A very hazy lemon-y yellow pour with a greenish cast. Aroma is beeswax, green apple, lemon, lime, apple pie. Taste is bone dry, crisp, medium-bodied and slightly bitter. It lingers quite a bit in the aftertaste. I must say it's not bad despite the low score.

Color amarillo pálido, turbia. Aroma fresco y afrutado con leves tonos citricos, ligero recuerdo a paja y establo. En boca acidez media-alta, dulzor medio-bajo, ligeramente agria, algo seca.

75cl bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Pours a misty yellow, funky nose. Taste is typically spanish, sharp sour apple, a touch musty with a gentle acidic twang. Nice sidra.

From 70cl bottle. Pours pale orange gold with some carbonation when poured the Asturian way (from up above). Aroma is dominant in apples, and with sapidity. Body is light, with low carbonation. Taste has some sweetness, some marked acidity and saltines. Finish is short.

700 ml corked (but not caged / wired) green bottle, bought in Spain. ABV is 6%. A little sediment in the botttle, some floaties. Pale golden colour, minimal carbonation (this is nearly a still cider), no head. Strong and pleasant aroma of fresh fruit and oxidised cider apples, a hint of oak and sulphites. The flavour is medium dry, oxidised cider apples again, notes of oak and sulphites. Very drinkable.
