We’ve collaborated with Barbarian Brewery from Idaho to release a sour IPA. They specialise in barrel-aging and kettle souring, so it’s our honour to release our first one with their help. It's come out beautifully; a creamy peachy pineapple howl with sherbet fizz and bucky IPA backbone.

29th July 2019, monthly share at Chez Sophie in Shrewsbury. Thanks Simon for this can to split. Golden pour, wispy white head. Hoppy with a fruity front, mini-sour though (hence the name).

330ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie July 19. Thanks to Simon I think? Pours a hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is tart citrus, light sour. Taste is crisp, tangy, tart, citric, bitter, floral with some pine moments. Bit odd, perhaps past its best.

On Tap at the downtown taproom Foggy light pale yellow peach color with a thin coarse soapy off white head. Funky tart peach aroma. Quite tart flavors with a grassy musty character. Late lingering papery light malt character. Interesting

Keg at the Barrel Project, Bermondsey, 26/01/19. Clear golden with a well presented white covering. Nose is lemon rind, citric sherbets, grass, toasted grains. Taste comprises dusty hops, lemon peel, bitter orange, cereals, grassy, light pine, raw pineapple, sweet and sour aspects. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp semi drying close spiked with dusty hop bitterness. Not bad ... reminiscent of a Siren Calypso.
