Can from the Offie, Leicester. Light gold and hazy with a large quickly dissipating head. Light aroma of lemon balm, orange sherbet, lychee, pineapple. Bittersweet taste with notes of white grape, gooseberry, lime zest, some TCP. The sweetness disappears nearer to the finish, with a lingering bitterness. Light body, nedoum carbonation. Complex little beer.

Keg @ Pint Shop, Birmingham. Pours a hazy gold, creamy pure white topping. Good vibrant stonefruit on the nose. Smooth, hazed textures with nice creamy stonefruit character, with additional peach and vanilla moments. Very good.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A, adapted). Can 44cl - Batch unknown (BBF 31/08/2018). AROMA: medium hop aroma with notes of pine, fruity (grapefruit, lime), with a background of malty sweetness. APPEARANCE: light gold and clear. medium moussy white head with average retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium hop notes (pine, grapefruit) with a sweetness (from lactose nad malt) overall, balancing a medium bitterness. neutral malt profile. finishes almost dry and slightly bitter. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting IPA, more balanced due to lactose but still with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
