500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Grass and subtle notes of citrus in the aroma. The taste features notes of orange, herbs and grass. Summit has been used relatively sparingly here so appears rather subtle and doesn't have the oniony notes that are sometimes present with this variety.

Bright clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and has a nice fine carbonation. Mild minerals. Light clean malts, a touch of creamy sweetness. Good pithy tangerine - lemon with mild peel bitterness. A light floral bitterness creeps making a fruity bitter finish. A notably clean beer from Mallinsons, long may it continue.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 27 Nov 2015) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of toast, hay, citrus and slightly spicy hops. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, citrus, grapefruit, grass and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Light body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.
