Bottiglia. In bocca l'aroma riconosce frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, pompelmo e mirtillo.

330ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, April 16, courtesy of Simon. Pours clear gold, white head. Aroma is wet cardboard. Taste is acidic with savage veg and bizarre malt. Simply an awful beer.

330ml bottle on 13th April 2016: Shrewsbury Beer Share meeting. Gusher, very pale gold with a white head. One dimensional and very dry in the aftertaste: didn’t really do it for me. Subtle citrus and floral notes in both the nose and taste with a light malt presence for balance, but just not my thing.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the London Brewers Market. Slow gusher upon opening. Pours clear yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a frothy, white head. Biscuity malts in the aroma, some lemon peel, dough, straw. Light sweet flavour with sturdy grassy bitterness, a slightly odd nutty quality, more biscuits, pale bread, hay, husky grains. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. The finish is a bit off balance, with an intense and lingering grassy bitterness that is just far too strong. Aside from that, you also get notes of biscuity pale malts, more pale grains, hay, white bread. That lingering bitterness really holds this beer back.

Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and mildly crisp. Light malts, vaguely lager like. Bitter floralness. Mild orange and bitterish pith. Finishes light and semi dry. Citrus peel stong bitter linger. A bitter bastard!
