Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. Pretty old bottle thanks to Leighton for this rarity. Aroma is grainy, skunky, paper and big oxidation. Yellow / straw coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Flavour is grainy, straw, and stale grainy and oxidation. Palate is thin and watery. Overall parery and light floral notes. Held up ok, but a lot of oxidation.

Bottle at the chriso May 2014 tasting - London. Pours clear, pale yellow with a white cream topping. The nose smacks of oxidation, with notes of paper and grain. Light to medium sweet flavor with dry paper, slight bitter hay, more grainy sugars. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly peppery on the finish with more paper and hay. Meh.

Tasting at the ever gracious ChrisO’s. Light haze on this very pale gold beer, small white head. Light palate, airy and a little dry. Modest carbonation. Papery dry malt, tangy dried fruits. Dry finish. What elderflower? Dross.

Bottle @ Chriso May 14 tasting. Pours clear gold from a clear bottle. Sour aroma, bizarre watery elderflower homebrew taste, odd floral character. Not entirely sure what this is.

Bottle at Chriso. It pours clear gold with a small white head. The nose is toasty, very grainy, sweet dough, paper and oxidised notes. The taste is watery, grainy, paper, light floral and tangy fruit with a short, papery finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Drain pour. Grainy and papery......nasty.
