31/5/2019. Cask at the Cherry Tree Beer Festival, Woodbridge. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of hops, flowers, citrus, light tropical fruit, caramel, lemongrass and a hint of biscuit and banana. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight creamy texture, soft carbonation. Bittersweet and some dryness to finish. Quite liked this.

Cask @ Star Inn, Huddersfield. Festival Ale. Amber coloured (certainly not blonde), with a lightly stewed fruitiness in both aroma and taste. Has a thick frothy head.

Cask, gravity at Olde England, Northampton, Saturday 7th June 2014 with Bob & Bill Golden in colour, a nice nose, much much better than the Latimer IPA, a little furry thrusty bitterness. I get a little tropical hop it is pretty good. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Pigs Ear, The Round Church, Hackney. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer. Little white head. Light fine carbonation. Sweetish pale malt. Okay citrus with a little hop spice. Super light floralness. Dry finish. Fine but what was so radical about this that is warranted being under the Elephant School bannef of Brentwood?

Cask @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Some tropics, citrus and slight grapefruit but a bit too thin and watery for me.

Cask gravity at Firkin Ale House Folkestone. Clear gold no real head. Not really my thing. It’s fine just a fairly standard golden ale. Got better as it went down.
