It was a pleasure to host Anthony from one of NY’s finest, Other Half. Together we put together a DIPA that’s big on oats and heavily hopped with Citra, Cashmere, Chinook, Hash & Sabro’s sister; HBC472, all contributing to huge passionfruit aromas, with hints of citrus peel, coconut and vanilla helping to make this a deceptively drinkable DIPA.

Can from The Beer Cave. Hazy golden body with a white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of mango and grapefruit. Flavour of orange, brioche and slight hop burn on the finish. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. It’s good but I expected better from these two breweries, and at the price point.
