Mysticum Cosmic Tripel is an attractive amber coloured high fermentation beer. The beer has a light beige head. The carefully selected malts and hops give the beer a malty caramel smell and light sweet honey taste that quickly turns into a nice bitterness.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk. Shared with Finn at Bergstua. Filmy layer, hazy orange coloured body, faint lacing. Inviting mid-sweet aromas of apricot and orange. Quite similar taste; apricot, citrus joined by almond and yeasty fruitiness. Rather sweet, lingering ripe fruity ending. Pretty good. (Malangen 28.10.2020).

Gylden brun klar med lavt beige skum. Lukter belgisk gjær, honning, karamell og hvete. Middels fylde. Søtlig, maltig sødme, gjær og lett bitter sitrus.

Bottle. Unclear orange body with a big fluffy off-white head. Mild fruity aroma with hint of Belgium yeast. Flavor is mild malty, medium sweetness, light fruity, some Belgium yeast and hint of alcohol. Medium body and average aftertaste. Decent but nothing special really.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9.99%. Hazy golden to orange colour, moderate white head. Disappointing aroma of grain, dust and basement, hints of stale jam. The flavour is much better, notes of spicy Belgian ale yeast, white kandij sugar and decent hops. Not too sweet, not too dry, well balanced.
