Draft at beertemple. Aroma of apple, tart, wheat and oak. Taste of tart apple, sour wheat, citrus, oak and white wine. Nice vineus cider.

Clear very pale yellow cider, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of sweet apple juice, some other ripe fruits, acidic impression, nice and clean smell. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of sour apples, apple skin, bit acidic, nice stuff going on here. Aftertaste: sour, little bitter, tannins, green apple skin, good one!

500 ml bottle thanks to Adamchandler. Clear yellow. Aroma is mild oak under apple cider. Mild oak hint in the finish. Slight funky note in a real dry finish.

Clear pinot grigio. Good mix of funk and rich honey with soft oak. Clean and no alcohol. Low phenol. Oaky and dry with strong acidity up front. Quite light and thin without much oomph from the honey. Buttery oak feels too big for the body and flavor. Light medicinal notes lingering.

On tap during their anniversary party. Short, opaque/cloudy pour. Dusty, lemon-colored brew. Smells of yeast, straw & saline. Prickly, tangy-sweet scrumpy. Raw. Soapy. Very yeasty texture. Bit of a lemon drop thing going on. A very basic, but potent scrumpy.
