750 ml bottle, bb 13-06-2029. Deep red body, with a small, light pink head. Beautiful aroma of barnyard, juicy dark grapes, dark berries, some red apple, some wood. Tastes similar, a bit more acidic. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes smooth, medium dry, moderate sour, a bit sweet, a bit funky, with dark grape skin, moderate apple. Tasty! Especially the nose is beautiful, with loads of grapes, while also with a lot of depth, because of the rustic funk notes. Drinks elegant and smooth, with the ABV completely hidden. Beautiful stuff. Score: 9 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

Bottled 13.06.2019. bourdeaux like color, small white head. smells grapes, tannins, spices, peppery, very nice smell, lovely grape notes. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of tannins, grapes, spices, peppery, wood, some horse radish. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, horse radish, and light grape notes. very nice one, bit heavy on the tannnins, while not very grape forward. very good one 8, 4, 7, 3, 17

Bottled 2019. deep red color, small pink head. smells tannins, funky, grapes, white pepper, parfumy. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes red wine, grape notes, berries, rather tanninic, tobacco, peppery. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, tobacco and red wine notes. very nice one, very wine forward, rather tanninic.

Flaska från Tommie Sjef. Klar, mörkröd med rosavit krona. Kryddigt med väldigt mycket fat och vinstjälkar. Oerhört stram och sträv, vilket växer till sig i avslutningen. Mörka druvor, körsbär, tanniner, hallon och jordgubb. Lite mer svårdrucket med överslaget på tanniner, men tycker det blir väldigt gott trots kärvheten.

Fruitige neus, Veel druiven en iets van kers (ja t zit er niet in maar t ruikt wel een beetje zo), smaken zijn licht funky, vrij droog, houterige basis, tannine, rode druiven, aangenaam zuurtje , nice in het lentezonnetje

Bottle. TS online. Clear, deep ruby red. Dense halo of pale pink. Nose has Ribena fruit. Soft funk. New leather. Clean oak. Vanilla. Sweet red grape. Holy balls, this smells great. Tons of fruit here. Beautiful funk. Taste has a lovely bittersweet character. Minimal tartness. Juicy and tart on the palate. Drinks way easy. Soft carbonation. Leathery and tart on the finish. Fantastic beer.

Bottle, many thanks Richard. Hazy ruby color with off-white head. Aroma is red wine grapes, mild wood, leather, earth, tobacco. Taste is red wine grapes, mild tannins, wood. Silky mouthfeel with high but soft carbonation. Great!

Bottle, brown to ref, low pink head. Dry wood and berry, vanille, light balsamico,medium mellow body, lightly chalky dry, lime liquid, light wood wine and berry finish. Nice!
