26/XII/17 - 33cl bottle from a trade @ home - BB: 1st Q/VIII/19 (2017-2238) Thanks to Bierridder_S for the trade!

Clear orange to blond beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, lots of passion fruits, Berliner Weisse yeast, sourish impression. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty acidic, lemon juice, bit of vinegar, soft fruitiness. Aftertaste: very sourish, nice acidity, bitter touch, lots of pineapple and passion fruit, nice stuff!

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of pineapple, 5,Funk, citrus. Taste of tart raspberries, herbs, ginger, lime.impressive.

Bouteille 33cl, Léger orange, trouble sur la fin, col blanc disparaissant vite. Arôme au nez fruité, ananas, effet levure sauvage, lacto, funk. Palais est sec avec une touche de sour, petite note épicée, ananas, brett funk et fine acidité, grains pâle, Berliner dans l'effet. Reste dans le profil Berliner sans tomber dans le surfait niveau aigreur.

Keg at BBP. It pours cloudy orange with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tangy, pineapple, sour candy, tropical fruit juice and citric acidity. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, pineapple, good mouth - pucker, earthy, musty, funk, lactic tang, bright acidity and tangy tropical vibes with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Bright, tart and fruity. Enjoyable modern style sour.

Thanks to Bierridder_S & Stijn B.! Sampled draft @ BBP Anniversary Festival 2017. Hazy orange, creamy white head. Nose is lovely sour pineapple, faintest nail polish & plastic. Basic beer but lovely basic juicy pineapple, faint nail polish but doesn’t distract nice fruity pineapple basic stone fruit sour, near faintly puckering, hugely juicy. Very simple but tasty & satisfactory. Far better than expected honestly.

12/12/2017 - small glass @BBP. Hazy yellow, medium white head. Nose has lots of fruit, sour. Taste has fruits (pineapple), bit yeast, sour. Felt like a sour IPA, bit weird but therefore a plus!
