33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is wineous, fruity. Whiskey. Sweet, fruity, wineous. Smooth fruity. Mellow. Juicy. Herbal and wineous finish.

Bottle from Saveur Biere. Clear very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, dark fruit, wood and light whisky. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily. Carbonation is a bit high. 271018

Dark brown pour, some beige foam on top. Nose is sweetish, some toffee and berry sour tart notes. Little funk in there, whisky and a bit of booze. Taste is also relatively dry, light booze and alcohol bitter notes there. Whisky is there also oak and a bit of vanilla. Much drier than I thought. Pretty interesting.

Opaque dark brown beer, good pale tan head. Smooth and fairly light palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth and fairly dry dark malts, touches of dark malt cream and chocolate. Little spice in the dry mid. Nice fruity whiskey on the back end. Light dry finish. Could be richer in the malts, but digging this slighty unrefined beer anyways.

Bottle. Dark brown pour. Aroma of red wine, tannine, oak, caramel, raisin, vanilla and malt. Taste has soft tannine, red fruit, vinous oak, raisin, cherry vanilla, caramel and a long finish with some buttery whisky booze. Really good.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 09.10.2022) im 2018-06 getrunken. Dieses WeeHeavy hat also eine 12 monatige Macallan Whiskyfass Reifung hinter sich. Nun ja das ist wohl das Beste was man heutzutage mit dem Massenprodukt Macallan machen kann. Aber zum Bier: Wir haben hier ein wunderbares Scotch Ale was mit den Aromen von süßlichen Malz, leichten, typischen britischen Hopfen, dunkler Beeren und einer perfekten eingebundenen Alkohol ein kleines Feuerwerk im Glas abbrennt. Diese vollkommende Balance ist hier echt Klasse!

Bottle at home. Pours deep brown, nose is caramel, oak, light raspberry, cheesy, taste is vanilla, toffee, caramel, fruity, chewy, wood.

Pours dark, unclear brown. Small white head. Smell is full, whisky, mild booze. Bit of hidden coffee. Taste is full, sharp, tad boozy, some whisky. Some oak. Very nice!
