750 ml bottle, bottled 7 Aug 2017, from Etre Gourmet.
Amber, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma of Brett, white grapes, lemon candy, apples, some dried fruits, slight leather.
Tastes similar, with more vanilla barrel notes, some dry wood.
Medium, slightly creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes smooth, very fruity, Bretty, medium dry, wooden, with green apples, pears, grapes, citrus, slight leather.
Very tasty. Perfectly balanced and very smooth, yet really complex, with lots of different, subtle fruit notes. Lovely, moderate barrel notes, with sweet vanilla-like, but also some leathery notes. The finish is my highlight, very smooth, but so complex and long. Very elegant stuff, a highlight from De la Senne!

Bottle shared during Danny's 10k - thanks to Danny. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy white head. Modest funk in the nose, tangerine, wood. Light sweet flavour with some tangy tangerine, more wood, funky barnyard. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tangy finish, some woody dryness, more tangy citrus fruits, a little salt, grass. Really good stuff.
