Bottle, maybe 1.5-2 years old. It seems low on carbonation when pouring but it has a nice palate with bubbles. Appropriate sweetness for demi sec. Flavor and aroma of apples, some sweetness, and a little yeast. Good.

Classy half liter bottle and I got this at Gorillos for only $1.50! Not sure where this goes but my bottle says Aspall English dry draft cider. It has the correct 6.8% tho. Very pleasant aroma. Clear very pale yellow. No bubbles. Taste is yummy sweet volatile treat. Hides alky too well. Decent co2 on the tongue. Very refined compared to my homemade stuff. Well done! Very enjoyable fer sure.

From New Beer Distro. Demi-Sec Draft Cider label. Fizzy yellow beer body. Wispy, white head. Lots of vanilla oak & sulfur on the nose. Letting it breath grabs some green apples, dish soap, & minerals. Taste is vinegar, stem-y apple juice, & Sweet Tarts candy aged in oak. Big sulfites. Gentle carbonation. Vanilla & popsicle sticks on the finish. The drier the better it seems with these guys.

500 ml bottle from BevMo Salinas: BB Jul 09. Nose of nicely tart apples with a touch of sweetness mixed in. Pale yellow with a small pale white quick dissipating head. Flavor is light tartness, more sweetness, and apple pie. Pretty good cider.

Bottle. Pours with a pale, slight green tinged body with a quick to fade white head. Aroma is minimal, with dry apples, tannins and newspapers. Taste is medium sweet with a neutral apple flavor up front. Midway through there is a note of bitter apple (mild though), and the finish is somewhat sweet. Taste is a bit like sweetened champagne. Lively carbonation with a good cider mouthfeel. Not cloying, which I feared. Actually a pretty enjoyable cider (despite the lower rating).

50 cl bottle; BBE May 08. Very strongly attached crown cap. Light apple aromas with a touch of apple vinegar. Very pale golden color. Near medium body with fizzy carbonation. The flavor is slightly cooked apple with a touch of darkish apple skin. There’s also "fresh" apple juice. Good balance between sweet and dry. Finishes a tad tart. The sour seems to have been a passing phenomena. It is going very well with spicey food.

Third cider of the night at the Indra - Cider, Sake and Mead tasting 8/31/07. Identical appearance to the Dry - very clear golden yellow with a lot of carbonation. Aroma is apples and sweetness, though the sweetness is more ripe apples than anything. Taste is medium dry, sweet and really syrupy. Just mouth coating stuff.

Pours a translucent yellow with very little head. Carbonation is abundant and continues to fizz throughout. Aroma is of tart apples and some grape. Flavor is of tart apple. Finishes a little dry with some alcohol. Pretty good and easy to drink. Looking forward to trying more ciders.
