A classic blond lager inspired from the Czech Republic, also called Světlé Výčepní. This low abv beer has a sober malt base that let the citrusy and herbal note that the Saaz hop develops shine. Perfect for these nice summer days!

Fairly clean, bright-light golden colour with a foamy-frothy white head, good stay and leaving some sticky, soapy-foamy lacing. Some nice Saaz hops in the aromas giving that spicy Pils nose with a herbal touch, over the mild malts. The maltiness shows a bit more in the flavours with the herbs, grassy and spicy hops that still shine. A nice, crisp mouthfeel with just enough bite and light dryness. Quite a good Pilsner-style brew with very nice drinkability.

473 ml can. Pours a dull yellow with moderate head. Aromas of chalky fruit, floral hops, cereal, and grass. Flavors follow same with emphasis on bright floral hops and sharper cereal. Good but seems a bit thick and big for the style rather than crisp.

Sample 473ml can @ Dunham total take-over @ La Fruitière.

Pour is a clear gold with a massive white head. Aroma is creamy pale malt with an herbal green hop. Flavor is super spicy hop with again more of a creamy blonde malt. Nice with the big spicy hop presence.

473mL can sampled at Weathered 2023, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt, grassy hops, and straw. Flavour is crisp and grassy in the hop department, with grassiness, straw and crisp cracker malt. Crisp and bright, with a gently bitter finish.

Pours hazy pale yellow into an English pint. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving soapy craters. Caramel, hay and citrus aromas. Sweet with hay, straw, apricot and melon upfront turning to mild citrus peel before the lasting earthy pith finish.

Can. Slightly cloudy gold with a large white head that doesn't really last. Aroma of well baked crackers with grassy, floral and slightly earthy notes. The pale malt is fat enough and there are buttery hints before a firm bitter finish with lots of Saaz aromatics. Not entirely polished but I quite like that.

A light hazed blonde pils with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with Saaz hops, very nice and classic.
