Clean, golden colour with a whitish cap, average stay and light lace. Cereal malt aromas with some decent spiciness, grassiness and mineral notes. With time, caramel malt comes out in the base. Getting some rye flavours, giving bread taste with a touch of honey, spices in the finish. Decent dryness. A nice organic Pilsner with the grain, spiciness and somewhat refreshing.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals fresh doughy malt, crackery notes, and grassy hops. Flavour reveals fresh grassy hops, light herbaceous notes, and sweet douguy malt. Fresh, vibrant and doughy mouthfeel. Really well-constructed pils.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color pils with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light residual sugar notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also a mix of cereal notes with some light residual sugar and some dry hoppy leafy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very good drinkability with good balance overall.

A golden pils with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light peated notes, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice classic pils with light Saaz hops, light mineral notes, light chalky notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2018.

Bouteille de 660 ml. Houblons herbacés et céréales fraiches au premier nez. Arômes délicats de miel, de foin, de pain et d’herbes fraiches aux allures de persil. Une petite mousse frétillante recouvre le liquide doré et limpide. Des céréales miellées en entrée de bouche assorties d’une effervescence picottante et d’une finale douce et herbacée où des résines de ‘’dry hop’’s’insinuent. Le miel et le pain sont en valeur dans le profil malté. Les herbes fraiches persillées rajoutent à cette amertume douce et fine. Toutes les caractéristiques d’une superbe pilsner (ou, est-ce une svetlé?) sont ici réunies. Dans les meilleures produites au Québec.
