Bottle backlog April 2018. Unclear pale golden body with a huge, lacing white head. Aroma has pale malt, lots of smoke, forest, herbs and fruity yeast with hint of oranges. Flavor has medium sweet pale malt, lots of smoke, fresh juniper, some pine, mushroom and elegant, distinct umami. Fine balanced body and long lasting aftertaste with lots of smoke and forest. Nice.

Murky orange. Aroma is a little smoke with lime, a little grandma's curtain, some very pleasant, umami yeasty stuff. Taste is sweet smoky a little salty stuff, some fruits and maybe a little dms as well. Drinkable and interesting. Not perfect though.

Bottle. Nøgne ø raw. Hazy yellow, offwhite cream, big sediment. Smoke and DMS, juniper, chewy medium light body, sparkles, nice juniper bush, smoke, interesting yeast notes, rural character, chocolate butter, very interesting.

Bottle. Huge head, don't pour the Sediment. Smoky cherry aroma. Super high carbonation, very unusual but tasty malt character. Hard to describe, yep.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is smoke, juniper, baking yeast. Taste is some exotic fruits, smoke, juniper, baking yeast, a tiny touch veggies, but they are overpowered by the rest.

Hazy golden with a white head - Yeasty kveik aroma - Malt and yeasty kveik flavour with some fruity spicy banana notes - The kveik yesty flavour goes to the finish - This was to much yeasty flavour for my liking, but it was still ok

Bottle from Sirisaboutbeer.com . Pours unclear, cloudy, (wheat) muddy blonde. good white, creamy and very stable head. Smell is strong, sharp, herbal ( DMS, as is to be expected in a Raw beer ) heavy, even to the phenolic side - Smokey ? ( yet not sure if indeed phenols are the cause ) . Tatse is rough, mildly smoked ( I do think this must be mildly smoked , this is not only phenolic ) . mild bitterness, high carbo, medium body. Ends a bit sweet. SMokeyness lasts, but isn't overly intense on the ending. Not my thing at all, but sure an interesting beer to try. The juniper berries make it kinda Sahti-like, but its less body, less persistant DMS, and mostly smokeyness that sets it appart.

Bottle: Pale golden, cloudy, big loose white head, juniper, weed and salty sweat in the moderate bitter-sweet nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, nearly full bodied, not too soft; lingering and robust sweet malty and herbal-bitter finish with a certain amount of warming alcohol in the aftertaste. Better than expected...
