When you first heard it, you weren’t sure what to think. Though it wasn’t a new sound, it was to you. Yet as you listened deeper, there was an odd familiarity. You filled up on the catchy words, catchy melodies, toe-tapping beats, and then it just felt comfortable. Keep listening, it’s a part of you now. This wheat IPA is generously hopped, but its would-be bitterness is cancelled out with a 50% wheat bill. Calm and smooth, whether you’re in the mood for quiet or loud.

Old rating - A 500ml bottle from my trip to Prince Edward island last summer, poured at home in Jersey, UK. It's dark amber in colour with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, fruits, caramel, pine, wheat & yeast. A crisp hoppy finish. Excellent

Opaque, pale but dull. No head. Slightly sticky. Stuck fermentation, esters, some plastic, a touch of coriander comes through but otherwise anything good can’t get past the sticky.

Tap @ Upstreet Craft Beer Corner, Charlottetown. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are hops, fruits, citrus, malt and has a nice bitter finish.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light sulfur, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light dank notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Brown bottle, 500 ml, savoured on July 20 2017; eye: golden with a whitish hue, hazy, no head, no lacing; nose: hops, fresh, light floral; mouth: hops, fresh, light floral, light astringency, semi-dry finale in hops with presence of astringency, medium body, rather bitter, lightly harsh texture; overall: correct

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur orangée sale trouble, mousse blanche onctueuse. Arôme de pamplemousse, malt, floral, levure. Goût de levure, malt, houblon fruité, agrumes, amertume moyenne. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Bottle: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet wheat malt notes with some light dry floral hops notes. Taste is a mix of floral hops notes with some sweet wheat malt. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Missing some attenuation and balance but still very solid white IPA.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has sweet citrus with sweet grains and a bit of flora underlying. Flavor is full of citrus with sweet grains and perfumey flora in the finish.
