Aroma is vanilla, citrus peel, and light tropical fruit. Tastes artificial, a little weird, a tad astringent.. Medium bitterness, light coconut, vanilla and pineapple notes.

Hazy light-golden, kind of yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good lasting and left is nice creamy-bubbly lacing. Had a not so pleasant aroma of rusty water at first, but this seems to go, and a nice fruity nose of citrus and pineapples appears. Some grassy hops blend with this. The taste shows a little lactose, but the hops are freshly taking over with some nice bitterness, grassiness and dryness. Some beautiful fruitiness lingers. Quite easy to drink with some well-balanced hoppiness.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous citrusy floral hops, light citrus pulp, nice. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light sweetness, orange pulp, light tropical fruits, light vanilla, OK. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2017.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dark yellow color ale with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of vanilla with some citrusy undertones is quite nice and enticing. Taste is a good mix of vanilla with some residual sugar notes with some nice citrusy floral undertones. Body is full with good carbonation. Really enjoyable milkshake IPA with the only improvement point would be for the hops to come character to come out even more.

Bouteille 500ml. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense. Surprenant.
