fluffy well-laced white head on a light amber body. Nose is soft citrus hops, a touch of apricots and sweet malt. A mild tasting version of a west coaster. A little lemon and grapefruit, a touch of spice, and smooth complimentary sweet malt. Drinkable, tasty, but far from spectacular.

Copper pour, medium off white head. Mild citrus, bready malts. Pretty basic ipa nowadays. Not terrible, but nothing memorable either. Pithy pine resins, long lasting medium bitterness. Meh.

Slightly hazed, yellowish-golden coloured with a frothy-bubbly head, good retention and some wavy lacing. Beautiful fresh, herbal aromas with basil, mints and even cilantro. The taste shows the grassy-herb hops with some decent bitterness. The mouthfeel average bodied with good dryness in the end. I love the nose of this beer! I really nice American IPA with good drinkability.

Bouteille 500 ml. Olfactif avec pamplemousse, lime, résine, un peu de gazon. Arômes maltés de cassonade. Pointe acidulée. Le visuel s’élabore avec un doigt et demi de mousse persistante sur un liquide doré plein de particules en suspension. L’entrée de bouche se décline en saveurs plutôt tropicales de fruit de la passion, de mangue, avec une finale astringente aux notes de conifère. Un peu de gazon, du pamplemousse. Tout à fait correcte.

Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with some grapefruit and fruit ester is quite enticing. Taste is a nice mix of citrusy hops notes with some grapefruit notes and some fruity ester with light residual sugar notes and some subtle bitterness. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. Well brewed IPA but maybe lacking some floral undertones.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur orange brûlé trouble, mousse beige pâle onctueuse laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de houblon résineux, malt sucré,pamplemousse, pelure de pamplemousse. Goût de houblon résineux, amertume élevée, malt,pamplemousse. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.
