An Imperial Brett IPA with cherry juice and cherry flavor. Aroma is reminiscent of candied cherries, dried fruit and a little funk. Taste is sweet and tart at first with a bitter kick that lingers on the palate.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza, 2017 - London. Pours clear orange with a modest, foamy white head. The nose holds fruit punch. Quite sweet and fruity, a little odd. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet, lightly warming finish. So so. A novelty.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. It pours hazy deep mahogany with a small beige head. The aroma is soft, sweet, oily, brown bread, must, funk, stewed orange, marmalade and bubblegum. The taste is soft, sweet, sticky, tangy, sugary booze, bubblegum, orange marmalade, herbal, spiced, funk, touch of acidity and some berry with warming and tangy finish. Medium - ful body and fine carbonation. Rather odd stuff overall. Not bad per se, just lacks some cohesion.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 09/09/17. Hazed reddish amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is cherry, almond, dusty hops, dried berries, grass. Taste comprises Bakewell tart, light spice, glazed cherries, grains, straw, faint brett. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness and a modicum of tarteness. Failed DIPA, failed sour ... pretty mediocre and lacking depth and direction !

Sample at What The Funk!? on 10/04/2017. Dark reddish-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of cherry, yeast and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of cherry, funky yeast, earthy hops and malt. The finish is mildly funky with a cherry and hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle: Cloudy, dirty brown with a small, off-white head. Smoky cherry, brett aroma. Tart, smoked cherry, mildly peppery flavour.....woody....sweet caramel malt....funky/sour..... Very busy....seems like every sip shows a different aspect. Interesting and different....it grew on me, but only a small sample was enough.....it's not a casual sipper by any means.

Rødbrun med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter mandelkjernepudding med rød saus. Lett bitter smak, noe mandel, noe søtlig lett sure kirsebær. (Beaverex17)
