On tap at the Kings Arms Bethnal Green. Clear mid brown colour lasting beige head. Tasty brown ale at the start with some lime hop on the finish. Lacks the malty mouthfeel of a cask ale. Good hop though. Drinkable.

330ml bottle at Timberyard Restaurant, Edinburgh. Poured into a wee cup, which looked more suited to mulled wine! Caramel and hop aromas, lots of orange citrus and mixed fruit. Good bitterness. Little thin at the end, but not bad.

Euston Tap. Keg. Almost clear amber beer, small off white head. Palate is soft with fine minerally carbonation. Soft creamy malt, light caramel streak. Nice mellow hops, light sweet orange, light tropical fruits. Very light pine. Finishes smooth and semi dry. Not bad at all.

Keg at the Euston tap. Trains are fucked so Iām having a beer. Chestnut copper colour slight haze, persistent off white head. Some lace. Aroma is punchy juicy fruit hop, with honey and lychee. A littl edd citrus. Flavour is balanced malt / hop. Semi dry finish. Clean strong bitterness. Flavour is nutty tobacco, floral citrus hop. Good malty balanced IPA. Clean yeast profile.

Tap at Lyric, Soho. It pours hazy brown with a small beige head. The nose is earth, wood, varnish, light toast, brown bread and a touch of citrus. The taste is earth, toast, decent bitterness, pithy citrus, pepper, brown bread and a touch of caramel to bring it all together. Finishes up on a a dry, bitter note. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well balanced indeed and pretty tasty to boot. Good work.

Bottle at home in London - procured at Whole Foods Kensington. Pours clear, light golden-brown with a moderate, frothy off-white head. Aroma carries off lots of ripening orange, some toasty and bready malts, hints of supple pine. Light to medium sweet flavor, moderately bitter, more toasty bread, some light earth, toasted pine and grass, bits of orange and grapefruit. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Pretty crisp on the finish with more of the same: toasty malts, orangey citrus, toasty grass and pine. A really solid sessioner. A nicely hopped brown ale.
