Sabores ácidos bien mezclados con maltas tostadas y ligeros cacaos y cafés con toques de maderas y ligeras especias. Cuerpo líquido con ligera sensación alcohólica y amargo bastante ligero al final. Bastante buena. Buena combinación acidez maltas tostadas y ligero amargo.

White Hart. Keg. Almost opaque black - brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light, semi dry and crispy. Mellow dark malts, no roast or bitterness. Little malt cream. A herbal - minty - medicinal flavour in to mild wood and good cherry and a little dark chocolate. Light semi dry finish. It’s really only mildly sour and hangs together well.

Keg at BD Camden. It pours clear dark brown with a decent beige head. The nose is tangy, bitter-sweet, sugary cola cubes, toast and dark fruits. The taste is lightly tart, tangy berry, sweet dark fruits, earthy roast, mild acidity, caramel, a touch of Granny smith apple and damp wood with a short finish. Medium body and average carbonation. A bit sweeter than I expected. A so-so sour.

On tap at The White Hart. Black beer. Decent slight sour dark beer. Choc and molasses and some dark treacle. Ultimately a sweetish beer but with a hoppy sour edge.

Tap at brewpub. Dark brown color, creamy beige head. Tart burned malty aroma. Medium-bodied. Tart, a bit toasted flavor. Tartness feels like infected wild tartness. Meh.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear brown with a to tight, creamy khaki head. The noe has slight roast, lacquer, dark berries. Light to medium sweet flavor with a bit of cocoa, earth, wood, berries, low acidity, lemon juice. Medium bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Finishes with further cocoa, lightly tangy dark berries, varnish, cocoa, tart citrus, mellow funk. Novel.

Keg at Brewdog Camden for the tap takeover. Opaque dark brown coloured pour with a lasting creamy greyish head. Aroma is sharp lacto, tart granny smith apple, background saison yeast. Tickles the nostrils. Flavour is composed of creamy, nutty grains, hint of roast, considerable funky sour, banana bread and plastic. Palate is medium full, little creamy with moderate carbonation. Lingering tart lacto and funk. Pretty interesting one.
