Olmost black with off white head - Roasted malt and hops in the aroma - Malt body with hints of roast, then come a huge hop flavour that is very herbal - The herbal hops goes into the finish with hints of malt and a good bitterness - This was nice

Skum/kullsyre: Tykt kremet skum, heng langs kant.
Smak: Frisk citrus, kaffe og en anelse honning.

Fra fat på Mi2, Cardinal april-16: brunsvart med flott beige skum. Aroma og smak av karamellsjokolade, appelsinskall, furunål og en aning tropiske frukter. Tørr avslutning. Nok en god øl fra Berentsens nye linje, gleder meg allerede til neste fra Egersund!

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pine needles, caramel, dark bread, some chocolate, and roasted notes. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. Finishes bitter and dry. Would like to see more aroma hops in this beer.

On tap @Sur & Bitter, Sandnes. Pours black, with a big creamy, off white head. Aroma is hoppy pine and citrusy notes, as well as some malty notes of coffee and liquorice. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter hops with pine, citrusy orange peel and grapefruit, and malty coffee and cocoa. Lingering bitter finish.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Black colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of pine and some caramel, also grass. Hoppy flavour, piney notes, also roasty notes of coffee, very bitter finish.
