Thank you for sharing RB Crew! Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ GBF 2017. Black, tanned head only on the sides. Nose is very heavy on umami, soy sauce, black liquorice & oysters. Taste is so heavy on umami, liquorice, soy sauce, bark,… Body is black liquorice,… Interesting but not fully my thing but intense in its dedication and profile choice.

Level 42 Bottleshare and no Mark King in sight. Thanks to Dan. Opaque dark brown beer, tidy tan head. Palate is smooth and dry, decent fine carbonation. Tangy dark malts, spicy dark chocolate. Dark fruits, some raisin rising above as does a little prune. Light finish. Pretty good without ever threatening to be special.

Opaque black color, small brownish head. Roasted, some lactose, rubber in the nose. Full-bodied. Roasted with some lactose hints, lingering roastyness in the aftertaste. Good robust impy.

Bottle split at Mother Arch, thanks to Harissoni, 11/04/15 @breakfast impy stout. Pitch black with a decent tan head that collapses to a swirl. Nose is rich roast, bitter chocolate, dark toffee, light smoke. Taste comprises dark fruits, chocolate, liquorice, charr, roast malt, light coffee grinds, molasses. Medium + body, fine carbonation, light warming alcohol in the close. Not an overly complex impy but a good balance and drinkability. Decent.
