Thank you for sharing German speaking RB Crew! Sampled draft @ ZBF 2017. Murky red fruit appearance, orange, brief bubbles, basically zero head. Still, nose is puckering red fruit, vinegar, potent, bit watery due to lack of carbonation. Taste is sour puckering vinegar, oak, red fruit, lightly watery, lemon acidity, no carbonation,.... Very nice stuff for the initiated.

At Zythos 2017. Pours unclear reddish amber. Aroma is funk and farmhouse, vinegar. Body is light, sour and tart. A welcome change among all the sweet dirty Belgians. Funky Lambic still. Low but fizzy carbonation. Quite boozy for a Lambic, but among the stronger ones probably my favourites. Good!

Draught at Tip Taproom, 2/1/17.
Burgundy-chestnut body shows good clarity and a small, but amply well-retained, beige head.
Light wood character, touches of oak and soft, brett-accentuated acetic and lactic acids comprise the very elegant, clean, polished nose. Just the right amount of acidity mixes with light cherry, black pepper and not too much oak. No alcohol or flaw.
Lightly to moderately sweet malts provide caramel, light bread and vanilla while barrel tannins soften the texture but do not over-dry the palate. Lots of bright cherry, light balsamic notes and sweet and sour acetic flavors provide a rich but still restrained flemish sour flavor. Tight carbonation, malty, soft texture and no alcohol or flaw. Very, very nicely executed rendition.
