330mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is decadent and intense, with lots of sherry barrels, lots of wood, lots of roast, and vanilla. Flavour is along the same lines, with a heavy sherry barrel character atop an intense roasted malt body. Bordering on abrasive and too high intensity, but it's a fun extreme beer.

Taste is bitter, roasty dark malty, notes of liquorice, coffee, roasted nuts, burnt caramel, sweet counterpart with notes of caramel and sherry; lasting, sweet, minimally sticky finish. Viscous, oily texture, soft and creamy palate.
