0.3 tap. Pours dark pink reddish with a small head. Sour cherries, some brett and funk, lime juice, some oak. Dry sourness, slightly sweet. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sour fruity finish.

19 September 2020. At Umami, Santa Maria degli Angeli. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear red-amber, stable, thin, off-white, pinkish head. Aroma of sweet & sour cherry, redcurrant, strawberry, red jam, lemon. Taste has sour cherry, redcurrant, some lemon, a bit wheaty with sweetish jam maltiness. Wheaty, tart finish, more red fruit, cherry jam, only subtle bread returning. Medium body, slick texture, soft to flat carbonation. Well made but not much to it.

Tap @Bir&Fud in Rome-Italy. Pours a dark pink cloudy color, pinkish foam. Nose is sour milky and cherry candy. Mouth is lactose, it feels like a milky cherry candy. Esile and short mouthfeel. Ok.

Tap. Birra Craft Beer, Berlin. Colour of lemon squash. Fine, tight, white head. Nose has dried apricot. Peach juice. Straw and wheat. Taste is mostly dry, with a wheaty sweetness. Light body. Soft carbonation. Peach and apricot on the finish. Nice as a fruit beer, but there’s little Berliner Weisse about it.

Keg at Extra Hop, Palermo, 04/10/17. Light orange with a pinkish hue topped with a well presented off white head. Nose is cherry stones, light smoke, wood, grains, red apple core, light dry rot. Taste comprises lightly smoked cherries, fruit stones, light spice, lemon peel, cough mix pipette, light funk level, balsa wood, damp alleyway on a dry day, red berry tang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a mellow pucker. Solid Linner action.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Giallo acido, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note fruttate, citriche, di mela annurca, lieve lattico. In bocca è leggermente acida, fruttata, scarica di corpo, la carbonazione è media. Così così.

Thank you for sharing Antwerp Untappd Crew! Sampled draft @ Swafff 2017! Paler citrus, creamy white head. Nose is weird massively soapy citrus, lemon, huge soap, citrus. Taste is mellow lemon, too bla,d sour lemon, spoiled citrus, overly soap. Body is dull soap & lemon. Not a success for me.

From tap at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Unclear pale yellow color with white head. Yeasty and hoppy aroma, citrusy fruity, floral. Sweet, light bitter and light acidic taste like aroma. Light thin to oily body, dry with soft carbonation.
