01.06.2019, tap @ RykBBQ:
Nice light brown creamy mediumlasting head, deep dark pour. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish roasted, dark sugar, toast, lactose, dark malts, minerals, alcohol, sweet chocolate, soil, sour espresso, bark, dusty vanilla, bourbon. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, weeds, toast, bourbon, bark, minerals, roasted dark malts, soil, old rope, cocoa, sour coffee, dark sugar, lactose, harsh vanilla. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly sweet syrupy and harsh sour-ish roasted mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen (Piggy TTO 30/05/2019) - black pour with a tan head. Roasted dark malty with prominent coffee roast, some cocoa and singed charred brown sugar, full body, burnt malty accents, bourbon accents into the dark malty finish. Lovely.

Bouteille 33cl de Malt Attacks. No BB.

31-01-19 // on tap at Protokoll Berlin for Le French Invasion. Best beer of the night. Fantastic. Deep black. Brown creamy head. Creamy texture. Full bodied. Heavy coffee in nose and taste. Dark chocolate. Bourbon is used really well dosed amd adds another layer of complexity and taste. Well done guys! Looking forward to the true BA beers. --- Beer merged from original tick of Monstruous Fat Pig Stout Coffee Bourbon on 01 Feb 2019 at 10:06 - Score: 9. Original review text: Best beer of the night. 15 December 2018. Black Beer Fest, Ieper. Cheers to Anke, Erwin & Ama Deke! Hazy black with a lasting, small, frothy, beige head; little lacing. Strong aroma of earth, forest ground, wet leaves, damp earth, rain, coffee roast, walnut & chestnut. Taste is light to medium malty sweet, quite nutty, roasted nuts & warm chestnut, quickly turning medium roasted bitter, notes of pure coffee roast & fondant & earth battling with a (sourish) fruity accent of blackcurrant, faint vanilla & wood too; already warming up. Dry, earthy hoppy finish, lingering nuts, coffee roast, wood, warming & not too sharp bourbon alcohol. Full body, slick/creamy texture, soft carbonation. Well, what you expect is what you get...

Tap at La Fine Mousse, Paris, 19th December 18. Shit the bed, this one is good. Pours a black viscous pig of a beer. Aroma is vanilla, coffee, dark chocolate. Taste is rich, sweet and bitter, Coffee bean, cocoa, dark chocolate, some milkshake elements, especially the mouth feel, so thick. Great one.

Thank you for sharing Antwerp Untappd Crew! Sampled draft @ Swafff 2017! Black, thick creamy mocha head. Nose is massive, massive coffee, hilariously so, good thick vending machine coffee all the way. Taste is wow so much coffee, good basic coffee, good vending machine coffee, huge coffee, low caramel, chocolate, amount of coffee here is hilarious, quite sweet,... You don’t even really get the 12.5 % ABV or the bourbon,... Body is sweet very thick coffee. Ridiculous, lacks all complexity but it is an awesome cup of coffee in many ways.
