Bottle at LKS - thanks to Dirty Danny. It pours hazy red - brown with small tan head. The aroma is juicy, tangy, red berry, leathery, raisin, sultana, cherry skin, brioche and brown bread. The taste is slick, oily, sticky, boozy, wood, earth, spice, orange marmalade, tangy berry, toasty sugars, oak, toffee and a touch of vanilla. Medium+ body and fine carbonation. Fun stuff with a good depth of flavour.

Bottle from 01.04.2012. Hazy amber colour. Off-white well-lacing head. Aroma: Belgian beauty with a subtle barrel touch. Some hops as well. Full body. Moderately sweet taste. Smooth malts, fine yeast, nuts, dried fruit, low bitterness. Delicious stuff. Just not a Quad.

Medium to big sweet flavour with some creamy honey, toffee, more brown bread. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, smooth and creamy, more toffee, butterscotch, no bitterness.
