Bottle at home in the evening sun, 15th June 22. Pours a clear straw colour. Aroma is cider like, funk, fruity. Taste is super refreshing, apples, quince, I guess, funk, tart fruits, complex and interesting. Gotta love the Kernel

Rim, gone in seconds over faintly veiled dark golden beer; end of bottle solid yeast. Cidery, apples, lactic acid, herbal. Sourish taste with a spicy, duller, almost bitterness. Again quite cidery, ultra dry. Tart, refreshing. Light but tastebomb. Low carbonation. Another true gem by this incomparable London brewery.

Pours clear blonde, small white head. Scent is fairly simple, funk, not very expressive on the quince. Taste is tart, dry, very mild - yet recognizable - quince. Just a hint of meat-like aspects. Easy drinker, not very memorable but nice enough

Bottle. Kernel online, I think. Probably best condition on a Kernel Saison I’ve seen. Spritzy and bright. Lemon and sharp quince. Touch of funk. Clean and bright. Foamy carbonation. Tart finish dries out. Nice.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas are funky, fruity and light oak. Taste is more cider apple, barnyard funk. Sharp, dry finish.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - hazy to cloudy and yellow. Thin lacy head. Nose - tangy, woody and quince of course. Taste - apple more than quince.Tangy and woody again. Palate - tangy sour and persistent. Overall - nice, and verging into brett away from saison.
