Draught at Novare, 6/16/22. Lightly hazy, peachy copper. Small, feeble, white head. Juicy, chardonnay-forward with must and mineral. Biscuity-doughy malts balance nicely. Soft and juicy, easygoing. Dry, juicy, grainy, a bit watery but with soft and flavorful wine notes. Mostly bland. Odd

Pours a bit unclear, medium sized white head with a nice cling. Scent is medium mild, bit malty, creamy tartness. Taste is full, tart, very fresh. Milder oak. Easy drinker. Fairly simple , yet nice tartness - mostly lactic acid, but more than just that. Cornflake-like malty finish.

Great start to a Quintessence day 🍻 // yellow stone fruits. Dry. Mild fruit sweet aromas. Definitely Sauv Blanc vibes. Refreshing. ABV nowhere detectable.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with a medium white head and decent lacing. Aroma is light, vinous, Brett, horse blanket, white grapes, oak. Flavor is light tart, light plus pretty funk, lots of white wine vinous tannic stuff going on. Medium body, bubbly carbonation. Delicate. Loverly

330 mL bottle, cork and cage, thanks to Jennifer! Pours a murky, dull, yellow color, with a fleeting, off-white head. The nose is green apple, light cloves, vanilla, toast, and almond. Sweet and sharply acidic. Bright, effervescent, and crisp. Lovely.

Bottle. Roma white wine, oak and kiwi juice. Flavor starts with white wine, funky berries and sharp oak. Thin body that shows light astringency in the finish. Interesting to say the least!

375ml bottle pours a pulpy yellow with a ring of white head.  Nose has some grain and green grape, some passion fruit.  Flavors follow.  Nice.  7 4 7 4 14

Poured from 375mL bottle (bottled 05/13/20). Hazy gold with small white ring. Vinous sauvignon blanc, touch of oak, very feint pils malt. Quite nice.
