While being already proud of our IPA, we desired a beer, even Bigger, even Stronger, even more Explosive in aromas ! That is our IIPA all about. An Imperial India Pale Ale called " Fouriaris ", a word which in Crete refers to a free, untamable & uncontrollable, wild animal. Fouriaris is massive, forceful and its hops are about to fascinate you!

Läuft! Almost clear, golden color and a white head. A Punch of bitter Hops at the beginning, ripe tropical fruits, bitter sweet Hops. Resinous and hoppy Finish. Slightly boozy at the end.

No rating, even tho I’ve asked, pretty sure I haven’t been served the right beer. I might be wrong, but then definitely not in its right condition. More on the Weiss range of style. Slightly banana, bitter. Isoamyl Acetate? Also does not feel like 10%

Magus, mõru, linnaseline, karamelline, puuviljane, kuiv, alks. Ok, magusa ja mõru tasakaal ei ole paigas ja ega see tuntav alks ka ei aita.

Bottle at Zero, Kos. Fruity hops with orange upfront, including notes of tropical fruits, pale malt, grapefruit and pine. Medium bitter with a mild sweetness. Drinks below its 10% abv. Squeezed oranges with zesty parts throughout.

Bottle shared at hotelroom with Laura in Crete, Greece. Clear yellow golden color, white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, mainly bitter hops, lightly overripe fruit notes. Alright but not great.

Bottle, 10%. Quite malty aroma, a little farty, hint of pepper. Hazy golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is fruity with a light caramel note. Does not taste very strong to begin with, but has a little alcohol bitterness and pepper in the finish. Not as good as expected after tasting their Classic IPA Psaki.

Bottle at Valentin - Curious Bierkneipe, Volos Friday 4th September 2020. Pours clear gold with a white sticky head, this is a beast of a beer, syrupy mouthfeel, really quite thick in the mouth, hoppiness very much there throughout. Citrus but more marmalade, orange, grapefruit. Good beer but a beast.

25 September 2019. At Crop, Heraklion. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours hazy ochre with a lasting, thin, foamy, white head. Strong aroma of ripe mandarin, dried apricot, honey, melon, caramelized onion, olive oil, triple sec. Taste is medium fruity sweet, ntoes of ripe peach, mandarin & apricot; revolving around a bitter core of stonefruit, orange peel, pine & spices, a bit oniony; thick bready & honey maltiness. Very dry, earthy & floral hoppy finish, lingering honey, bitter orange rind & heating gin-like alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Malt-forward, yet strongly bitter, probably Solo's best, I quite like it.
