Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is spicy estery yeast with creamy grain, ripe fruits, herbal notes. Flavour is on the bitter side for a Saison with a mild sweetness. Body is medium with hefty carbonation. Liked the regular Saison a bit better.

F: huge, white, long lasting. C: deep gold, light hazy. A: malty, grainy, hint of fruity, grassy, bit of spicy. T: malt, green banana, grassy, spicy, fruity, bio version is obviously slightly worse than the regular one but still enjoyable, medium body, medium to high carbonation, probably I missed this @ Bruges Beer Festival 2017, 33cl bottle from ZBF 2017 Leuven.

Bab 2016. Thnx to Tderoeck and 77ships for sharing the beers ! Pours unclear blonde, good white head. Smell is grainy, bit bitter, mild fruits. Taste is sharp, dry bitterness. saison yeasty-fruityness. Nice, but !EXTREMELY! overcarbonated.

Thank you for sharing kraddel + tderock + Rubin77! Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ Bruges Beer Festival 2017. Hazy golden, huge off-white head. Nose is raw green barn hop, grain, green banana, mineral,... Body is fizzy, carbonation is too high. Fizzy taste grain, faint butter, couscous, green banana, malt, white bread. Decent classical Dupont-style saison, seems like I enjoyed it quite a bit more than the regular one. I also enjoyed the Bio version of Sarazen more than the regular version.

5/II/17 - 75cl bottle @ Brugs Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2017-139) Thanks to 77ships, kraddel and Rubin77 for sharing today's beers!
Little hazy orange beer, big huge solid creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit grassy, spicy, some coriander, smells like beer from "Brasserie des Legendes". MF: lively carbon, too much to be pleasant. Medium to light body. Taste: pretty metallic, spicy, citrus, grassy, bitter, grains. Aftertaste: spicy, grains, coriander, bitter, metallic.
