Een krachtig, volmondig donkerblond bier dat zijn bijzondere smaak ontleent aan een 2 maanden durend rijpingsproces. De onmiskenbare houtaroma’s en stevige afdronk geven het bier zijn aparte, robuuste karakter.

All in all mediocre tripel, below average. A bit too much spices and a tad soapy.

Not the best in the style, however it's also pretty easy drinking. If the bitterness were less harsh it would be substantially better. online belgian beer factor

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. ARoma has sweetness of honey, fruitness, hint of waffels and spicyness. Taste has fruitness of citrus, honey, some spices. Medium bodied. Quite nice.

Bottle from a Carrefour in Ninove. Pours hazy yellow with a thinning, frothy, white head. The aroma contains pineapple, orange peel, apple, yeast, 'wort' even, banana, coriander. It tastes medium malty sweet, hints of pineapple, banana & sweet wort, and light spicy bitter with notes of grain & yeast; developing a sourish back before finishing dry, grassy hoppy bitter, lingering yeast and slightly alcoholic. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Straightforward Belgian Abbey Tripel, yet decent.

Bottle from Deca and drunk at home. Hazy gold orange colour with lasting white head. Some citrus. Some tangerine, overly carbonated. A little candied fruit. Some yeast some hops on the finish It’s ok but not much of a tripel more a fruity hoppy Belgian blond. Drinkable enough for me.
