0.5 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before June 2026. Very hazy, golden amber with a large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish-malty, quite yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-floral aroma of banana, clove, honey and some pear. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, some honey and a touch of pear, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Almost full-bodied, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Very nice Weizenbock, very well-balanced, quite saturating, absolutely harmonious. Right up my alley.

Sehr gut. (21.2.2023.)
