(Draught at L'Ermitage Brewery Taproom, Brussels, 18 Oct 2019) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grapefruit, resin, pine needles and unripe pineapple. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, pine needles, resin, mango and a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Tap at 100 piv. Moderate body, moderate carbonation. Solid biscuity malty base, perfumey flowery spicy hops character on top of that. Very easy drinking. Rather sweet, could use a bit more bitterness but feels more or less in balance. Good one though.

Bottle sample @ Vini Birre Ribelli ’16 shared with 77ship and Tderoeck.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje & tderoeck! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Batch 4. Dry-hopped 4 days before bottling. Hazy citrus golden, few bubbles. Nose is weird green chemical raw plastic hops, strange & harsh. Taste is cheesy plastic hops leading into more plastic profile, raw bitter plastic, some bready base. Body is plastic, bread. You get a bit used to it after a while but the hop profile is too raw & weird for me, bit much, interesting but this is too much for me but I did get used a bit to it after some sips & starting enjoying it a bit.
