Sample @ Zythos’16, courtesy of and shared with the RB Belgian crew.

Orange-golden color with white head. Aroma is cookie dough, Belgian yeasts. Taste is fruity, peaches, apricots, more cookie dough, and a slightly spicy finish. Low carbonation. Ok.

Sampled @ ZBF 2016 (Thank you for sharing BE RB CREW!) Wow, a test brew for a 8 % BE Amber, van Eecke is really getting experimental here :) Near clear lighter shade of amber, off-white. Nose is sweet soap, candy, sugar, overly sweet & oddly some DE-style fish guts. Taste is fizzy dull soap, sugar, industrial, herbal, licorice, industrial. Fizzy, soap, industrial, dash DE-style body. Meh, too soapy, industrial etc. for me.
